Job summary

Green Key Resources in Manhattan seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a state-of-the-art fertility practice on-site in Upper East Side/Manhattan. This role focuses on patient care across the fertility journey, with responsibilities across evaluations, treatment plans, and education.

You will perform ultrasounds, assist with IUI/IVF/egg freezing, and support patients through cycles while maintaining comprehensive medical records and collaborative communication with physicians.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in NY or NJ
• Fertility/OB-GYN experience required
• Ultrasound experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care within your scope of practice
• Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols, and procedures
• Manage and support patients throughout fertility treatment cycles
• Assist with IUI, IVF, egg freezing, and frozen embryo transfers
• Perform ultrasounds and routine phlebotomy
• Perform intrauterine inseminations
• Provide injection training, consent reviews, medication education, and treatment guidance
• Collect and process biological specimens as needed
• Maintain accurate patient charts and medical records
• Communicate physician orders and treatment plans to patients
• Provide compassionate emotional and psychological support to patients and families
• Help ensure an exceptional patient experience

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care within your scope of practice

What We're Looking For

• NP with an active NY or NJ license
• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• OB/GYN and/or fertility experience required
• 3+ years of fertility or OB/GYN experience preferred
• New graduates with strong women's health/fertility interest may also be considered
• Ultrasound experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating leadership and initiative
