Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examinations and pap smears as needed.
• Document visits in electronic medical record in a timely manner.
• Educate patients on their health conditions.
• Follow up with patients for effective condition management.
• Utilize support team to complete standing orders.
• Order diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
• Make referrals as necessary in consultation with supervising medical provider.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with the medical team.
