The schedule consists mostly of appointments with some crisis visits, and providers are fully booked, using the 25% no-show rate time for paperwork. Average patient volume varies depending on whether visits are new evaluations (45 minutes) or medication checks/follow-ups (1530 minutes). There is no call, walk-ins are allowed, and the EMR used is Notes.
