Job summary

77 consultants is seeking a contract-based psychiatric clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for outpatient care in Massachusetts. You will perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and create individualized treatment plans for adults, coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, updating plans, and documenting all care in Epic. Must be board-certified, with travel and expenses paid as needed.

No call or weekends

Setting: Outpatient

Patient Population: Ages 65+

Duties: Follow-up assessments and medication management
