A critical access hospital in Central Nebraska is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant for a 3-6 month contract. This role requires experience in family practice or primary care, and the ability to float to different departments, including emergency care. The position will have a Monday to Friday schedule with one night call per week. Housing and travel will be reimbursed, and malpractice is covered.

Setting: 25 bed critical access hospital

Requirements: Family practice or Primary Care Physician Assistant

Volume: ED sees about 5 -7 per day

Ages: Peds to geriatric

Length: 3-6 months

Shift/Schedule: M-F, 1 night a week call

Call: Can take call from home

Expectations: Ideally wants a Family/Primary Care physician assistant who can float and help with ED cases if needed.
