Job summary

Coquille Valley Hospital Clinic is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for the primary care clinic located in Myrtle Point. It is an exciting opportunity to work with two other clinic-based providers and medical assistant staff.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate NP/APN with current Oregon licensure, specializing in diagnosis and management of common and chronic conditions, and will bring at least three years of experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice to the team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN).
• Advanced education and training in diagnosis and management of common medical conditions and chronic illnesses.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon at the time of hire.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

Requirements

Education and Experience-

Education:

License/ Certification:

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon at the time of hire.

Experience:

Need to have at least (3) three years’ experience practicing within either an Internal Medicine or Family Practice setting.
