Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in the state of practice.
• 1+ year of experience in Geriatric care and documentation review.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to join our team.
