Job summary

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers in Carroll County, Maryland, seeks a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care network. We treat non-emergent conditions, perform minor procedures, and provide prompt patient care across our growing locations.

You will see patients of all ages, perform suturing, I&D, minor fracture management, and interpret basic EKG and X-ray findings. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; a strong team ethic and growth mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Must see patients of all ages.
• Must perform minor procedures (suturing, I&D, foreign body removal).
• Familiar with management of minor fractures & dislocations.
• Basic EKG and X-ray interpretation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care for non-emergent conditions and minor trauma.

Seeking Urgent Care Medical Staff

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers, a LifeBridge Health Partner, are growing and need experienced providers for our Carroll County, Maryland locations.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner.

We currently have 32 locations and are opening more this upcoming year.

Urgent Care medicine is our focus. We see a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions, treat minor trauma, and perform minor procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages.
• Must be able to perform minor procedures, such as: suturing, I & D of abscesses and Paronychia’s, Foreign Body removal.
• Must be familiar with management of minor fractures and dislocations.
• Should be able to perform basic EKG and X-ray interpretation.
• Should be able to multi-task and manage time well.
• Urgent Care, Family Practice or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
