Job summary

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Baltimore County, Maryland locations. You will join a growing network that focuses on urgent care medicine, seeing patients of all ages, performing minor procedures, and interpreting basic EKGs and X-rays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages.
• Must perform minor procedures such as suturing, I&D of abscesses and Paronychia’s.
• Management of minor fractures and dislocations is expected.
• Basic EKG and X-ray interpretation skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Urgent Care, Family Practice or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services at our Maryland locations.
• Address a wide range of non-emergent conditions, treat minor trauma and perform minor procedures.
• Interpret EKGs and X-rays and coordinate patient care.
• Work weekends, holidays and 13–14 hour shifts with a full benefits package.

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers, a LifeBridge Health Partner, are growing and need experienced providers for our Baltimore County, Maryland locations.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner.

We currently have 32 locations and are opening more this upcoming year.

Urgent Care medicine is our focus. We see a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions, treat minor trauma, and perform minor procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages.
• Must be able to perform minor procedures, such as: suturing, I & D of abscesses and Paronychia’s, Foreign Body removal.
• Must be familiar with management of minor fractures and dislocations.
• Should be able to perform basic EKG and X-ray interpretation.
• Should be able to multi-task and manage time well.
• Urgent Care, Family Practice or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
