Job summary

Cherry Talent Group is partnering with a private OB/GYN practice in Katy, TX to recruit a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. The role offers a flexible, patient-centered environment with longer appointment times and a focus on evidence-based care.

You will support OB/GYN patients, perform routine gynecologic care, and collaborate with the physician to develop care plans. A Texas NP license and 3+ years in women's health are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• 3+ years OBGYN or Women's Health experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong clinical judgment.
• Comfortable managing a steady patient flow and maintaining documentation standards.
• Collaborative and communicative a team player with a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review patient schedules, charts, labs, and imaging reports before clinic hours.
• Provide routine gynecologic care, including wellness exams, contraceptive counseling, and follow-up visits.
• Manage OB patients throughout their prenatal care.
• Use established charting templates and maintain timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the physician to support ongoing care plans and clinical follow-ups.
• Perform limited in-office procedures (e.g., Nexplanon insertions, IUD removals), if trained and comfortable.
• Ensure end-of-day wrap-up of all notes, orders, and outstanding patient items.
