Job summary

ADP in Houston, TX seeks a qualified Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join a rapidly growing post-acute practice serving cardiology, nephrology and pulmonology patients. This is a full-time position with supervision by a physician in the southwest Houston area.

You will provide direct patient care, participate in treatment planning and medication management, and use EMR/EHR systems to maintain accurate records. Training, flexible schedules and full autonomy with clinical support are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with cardiology/post-acute experience preferred.
• Ability to manage direct patient care and clinical decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in EMR/EHR systems and documenting patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning and med management.
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems to maintain accurate patient records and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices in nursing.
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong communication with patients and colleagues.

Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

About the Role:

This is a rapidly growing post-acute Cardiology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology established practice. Currently, we are looking to fill an immediate Full-time position for a qualified Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join this dynamic practice.

NP will work with sub-acute and long term patients with supervising Physician in the southwest Houston area.

We provide training, flexible schedules, full autonomy, and full clinical support.
