Woundtech is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Houston area to perform wound care during home visits and manage patient plans. You will document visits and coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.
The role requires Texas licensure, national certification, and 1–3 years of advanced practice experience. Woundtech values patient education, autonomy, and comprehensive wound management across a range of settings.

This position is responsible for performing home visits to manage the patient’s wound care, as well as documenting their visits in a timely and efficient manner.
