Woundtech is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Phoenix, AZ team. The role involves conducting home visits for wound care, performing debridement, applying treatments, and coordinating with physicians to ensure optimal healing outcomes.
The successful candidate will hold an NP or PA degree, maintain national certification, and have 1–3 years of advanced practice experience. A valid AZ license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and autonomous practice are required.

This position is responsible for performing home visits to manage the patient’s wound care, as well as documenting their visits in a timely and efficient manner.
