Bethany Medical Center PA seeks a Primary Care NP/PA to join our team for a busy outpatient practice in Central North Carolina. The role blends primary, urgent, and specialty care with a focus on comprehensive patient management and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program is required.
• AANP or NCCPA Certification is required.
• Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of other esteemed Physicians and Providers in a busy practice setting.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and corporate information.
• Blend of primary care, urgent care, and pain management services.
• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses and treatment.
• Build relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
• Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
• Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow‑up care, and additional information.
• Refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.
