Life Scan Wellness is hiring for full- and part-time NP positions involving regional and national travel to fire/police departments. You will conduct comprehensive physicals, vision/hearing screenings, and interpret results while guiding patients and coordinating referrals.

Travel stipends and generous benefits accompany the role, including insurance, PTO, and CEU support. A vehicle capable of carrying equipment is required.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office, imaging software and EMR systems.

• Must have a vehicle to transport equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

**THIS POSITION REQUIRES REGULAR REGIONAL TRAVEL AS WELL AS NATIONAL TRAVEL TO DESIGNATED FIRE/POLICE DEPARTMENT LOCATIONS**

**MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• · NP conducts head-to-toe physicals
• · Perform vision and hearing screening exams
• · Summarize all test results (i.e. labs, fitness evaluation and ultrasound) and provide guidance/recommendations on any abnormalities (provide education and referral to PCP if needed – NO diagnosing or treatment)
• · Lab interpretation with dietary recommendations
