Job Description

Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Position Purpose:

Nurse Practitioner will responsible for managing patient care and treatment in collaboration with the physician. The nature of the position allows the Nurse Practitioner the opportunity to apply his/her medical training across a broad spectrum of clinical areas thus avoiding the narrow focus of many other medical environments.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Nurse Practitioner performs health assessments and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines and physician instructions.
  • Orders, interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and health care needs.
  • Nurse Practitioner will discusses case with physician.
  • Formulates and documents care plan.
  • Prescribes medication or other forms of treatment.
  • Participates in On-Call program which may include after-hours, weekend and holiday calls and visitations

  • Master's degree in Nursing with emphasis in Family, Adult, or Gerontological practice.

Additional Information

Hours for this Position:

Clinical setting:

Monday – Friday 8am – 5 pm or 10 am – 7 pm.
