Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care in New York is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming Northwell-affiliated urgent care network.

You will deliver high‑quality urgent care in our East End Long Island centers and may rotate to 12‑hour locations including Commack, Deer Park, Sayville and West Islip, as well as Yaphank, Elwood, Bay Shore and Port Jefferson.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full‑time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience for all ages (6 months+).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (suturing, casts) and reading EKGs/X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem NP care for both adults and children in urgent care settings.
• Perform minor procedures such as sutures, casts and splints; read EKGs and X‑rays.
• Collaborate across Northwell Health centers and rotate to multiple Long Island locations.

Pay: $90/hr.

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Per Diem Nurse Practitioners with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers.

We are looking for Per Diem Nurse Practitioners for our East End Long Island Centers.

The Provider will mostly be placed in our 16‑hour centers which include:

• Yaphank
• Elwood
• Bay Shore
• Port Jefferson

In addition, the Provider may be placed in our 12‑hour centers which include:

• Deer Park
• Commack
• Sayville
• West Islip

Minimum Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of Full‑Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
