Base pay range

$100,588.00/yr - $143,769.00/yr

Requirements

Education:
Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program

Certifications:

NP Certification (ANCC or AANPCB)
BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
DEA license

Experience:

3+ years in cardiac/cardiovascular surgery
Endoscopic vein harvesting and first assisting

Licensure:

Unrestricted medical staff membership

Compliance:

Must be eligible for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement
No sanctions/exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA

Responsibilities

Manage ICU and CV surgical patients
Participate in 2 full-day clinics weekly
Rotate OR coverage Monday–Friday
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and medications
Perform bedside procedures
Provide thorough documentation
Maintain CME and licensure compliance
Salary: $100,588 – $143,769/year (based on experience)
Bonuses: Quality and productivity
