Responsibilities

• Assist the Pelvic Physical Therapist with internal exams.
• Collect data for outpatients and new admissions.
• Maintain patient privacy and document signs and symptoms.
• Administer oxygen and apply supportive devices as directed.
• Assist with lifting, moving, transferring, and transporting patients.
• Document progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Attend patient care conferences and contribute to care planning.
• Provide patient education as appropriate under PMRS guidance.
