Job summary

FH Staffing Solutions is seeking LNAs to join our growing team with a partner facility for immediate hire and guaranteed LNA shifts. We provide weekly pay, easy onboarding, and a supportive work environment.

Duties include assisting residents with daily living activities, hygiene, and observation, along with documentation and collaboration with nursing staff. Required NH LNACertificate, vaccination, background check, TB test, and references are needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LNACertificate in New Hampshire
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 w/ booster (if eligible)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Personal & professional references

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing nourishment throughout shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Make Residents00 beds and keep living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

We are working with a skilled nursing facility in the area, and we partner with them to provide the best care. Immediate hire and guaranteed LNA shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident’s beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

LNA Physical Requirements:

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to lift and/or move upwards of 100 pounds, especially for two-person Hoyer lift assists. Required to bend, kneel, or crouch throughout shift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

LNA Requirements:

Must hold an active LNACertificate in New Hampshire
