Job Overview:
The Nurse Navigator will act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals, helping navigate procedural treatments, while providing emotional support and advocacy. Additionally, they will schedule patients for procedures and place orders for necessary tests and treatments. The Nurse Navigator will also be responsible for educating patients on their treatment plan and communicating with supporting staff to ensure seamless patient care.
