This position will be responsible for linking mobile resources, integrating and coordinating them to respond appropriately to patient needs. It involves telephonic patient triage following established protocols, telemonitoring, patient education, and team coordination in a virtual setting. Additional duties include leadership and mentoring roles as assigned.
Work frequently involves being alone, with others, face-to-face, and verbally.
Walking outdoors, lifting up to 10 pounds, pushing, pulling, reaching, typing, balancing, and constant observation.
Critical thinking, logic, and reasoning skills to analyze solutions and problems.
Reports to: Call Center Manager. Interrelationships include the Director of Communications Center and VP of OEM.
