Job summary

American Medical Response in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Nurse Navigator – RN to coordinate care and guide patients through their health journeys without direct bedside care. On-site role with 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends.

You will use technology to connect resources, conduct telephonic assessments, and educate patients across the healthcare continuum. RN with 3+ years' ER/acute care experience and compact state license preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid RN Compact State License.
• Minimum of 3+ years RN experience in Emergency, Acute Care, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience with clinical data collection, ethical principles, and patient advocacy.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, or related fields is a plus.
