Job summary

The Ohio State University College of Nursing is seeking a certified nurse midwife to join a dynamic faculty team. The role involves teaching in the nurse midwifery and women’s health nurse practitioner program, preparing and delivering didactic coursework, and evaluating student learning.

Faculty will oversee experiential learning in the clinical setting, with assignment on the associated faculty line. Position is a 12-month contract, in person, with title, FTE, supervisor, appointment length

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; Doctoral degree or current enrollment in doctoral program preferred; Ohio RN and APRN-CNM license required for applicants. At least two years of recent experience and current practice as a midwife is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the nurse midwifery and women’s health nurse practitioner program.
