• Promotes the mission and philosophy of Frontier Nursing University.
• Attends curriculum, academic, department/program faculty meetings.
• Participates in Fall Faculty Meeting and Commencement as stipulated in contract.
• Participates in Frontier Bound and Clinical Bound as stipulated in contract.
• Provides service through activities such as governance, charity drives, community outreach, and professional organization work.
• Adheres to the Culture of Caring.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provides teaching, social, and cognitive presence in assigned courses, facilitating student learning and evaluation.
• Reviews course evaluation data and participates in course analysis with course coordinator.
• Maintains communication with Course Coordinator about student performance and issues.
• Maintains currency in areas of expertise through clinical practice, literature review, and continuing education.
• Meets timelines related to course revision, grading turnaround, and related duties.
• Communicates effectively with students and maintains accessibility via email/forums/phone.
• Assists with student orientation and ensures timely feedback to enable progress.
• Supports course teams and professional organizations; mentors other faculty.
