Job summary

Banner Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking a certified nurse-midwife to provide full-scope midwifery care within a collaborative, supportive team. You will manage prenatal through postpartum care, family planning, and well-women visits, with a shared coverage model designed for work-life balance and strong back-up from OB/Gyns.

We value evidence-based practice, equity, and relationships, with mentoring for both experienced CNMs and those early in their careers.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, family planning, and well-woman GYN visits.
• Collaborate with OB/Gyn and hospital team; participate in call rotation to support work-life balance.
• Lead, teach, and contribute to a growing, midwifery-led model within Banner's integrated system.

What we're looking for:

• AMCB certified CNM
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in full-scope midwifery (preferred) or 2 or more years' experience in L&D
• Comfort with independent practice in patient and outpatient with both prenatal and Gyn Care
