Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Nurse Midwife with RN background and CNM licensure to join our OB/GYN Lang Tree team at the Huntersville area. The position requires a BSN (or higher) and at least two years of RN experience in Women’s Services, with CNM experience preferred.

You will provide compassionate care, collaborate with physicians and management, and contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace committed to safe, quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years in Women’s Services is required.
• Current RN license and CNM licensure are required.
• BSN from an accredited program; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN from accredited nursing program, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years as an RN in Women's Svs., required. Minimum of one year as a CNM, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN and Certified Nurse Midwife Licensure, required.
• Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
