Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a CNM/experienced RN for a Women’s Services role, primarily at Huntersville Medical Center with office time at the Mooresville Harbor Pointe OB/GYN Lang Tree location. You will deliver high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment.

The position requires a BSN with RN licensure and CNM credentialing; two years of RN Women’s Services experience is expected, with CNM experience preferred. Strong communication and patient education are essential.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN from accredited nursing program, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years as an RN in Women's Svs., required. Minimum of one year as a CNM, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN and Certified Nurse Midwife Licensure, required.
• Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
