Reporting to the Director Perioperative Services, the Nurse Manager will oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations of the Surgical Service areas. Responsibilities include staff management, patient care coordination, budget and resource management, and the implementation of quality improvement initiatives. This service line currently boasts 4 Operating Rooms, a 15-bed Pre-operative and Post-operative unit, and a staff of 50+ FTEs. This service line is proud to perform more than 500 surgical cases per month.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN from an accredited Nursing program
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse RN in the state of Indiana or ability to obtain
• Certified Nurse Operating Room CNOR
• Proven clinical leadership experience in a surgical setting, with prior circulating and scrub experience
