Job summary

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth seeks an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead a busy inpatient unit in Glendale Heights, IL. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive patient-centered care with a focus on quality and safety.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Nursing and preferably a Master’s, with 2+ years of acute care and 2+ supervision experience, plus RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Hybrid leadership and staff development are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and Bachelor’s in Nursing.
• 2+ acute care nursing practice experience.
• 2+ supervision experience required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications mandatory.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance and budgeting preferred.

Job Description:
