Lee Health’s Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers seeks a Nurse Manager to lead a defined nursing unit and drive patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality. You will partner with leaders and clinicians to allocate resources, supervise staff, and uphold nursing standards.

The role requires a BSN with nursing leadership experience and Florida RN licensure; a master's degree and administration certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Masters preferred.
• Experience leading nursing teams in a hospital setting.
• Certification in Nursing Administration preferred.
• Florida RN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of budgeting and organizational strategy.

Responsabilités

• Manages a defined area of organized patient care services.
• Participates in organizational leadership and collaborations with leaders and medical staff.
• Allocates resources to promote safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care.
• Provides input into executive level decisions and informs staff of activities.
• Directs and coordinates patient care per ANA standards and Florida Nurse Practice Act.
