Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to lead the nursing staff at our campus. This full-time role includes scheduling and guiding patient care, with a focus on clinical leadership and operations.

The Nurse Manager will provide direct patient care as needed and support a comprehensive, evidence-based nursing program within a large behavioral health network. A commitment bonus of $17,500 is offered.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current license to practice nursing in PA (or eligibility).
• Preferred BSN from CCNE-accredited program.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of behavioral health nursing practices and management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.
• Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others’ activities with leadership abilities.

Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring a RTF Nurse Manager to support our Doylestown, PA campus. This is a full-time Monday - Friday position offering great pay and benefits!

This position is eligible for a $17,500 commitment bonus!

The Nurse Manager (RN) directs the activities of the nursing staff members, including scheduling the daily nursing tasks for the department and providing guidance on operational procedures and patient care. The Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) will also provide direct patient care, following the nursing process and holistic conceptual framework in the development of nursing care plans.

Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents and young adults. Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides treatment in a homelike environment located on a 12-acre campus in Bucks County, PA. Foundations provides a full continuum of care for children, adolescents, and young adults spanning hospitalization to outpatient and academic services.
