Boro Park Center is hiring a Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
2. Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures.
3. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical and career advice.
4. Maintain standards of care for the unit.
5. Review resident records and quality of care.
6. Monitor overall care and review individual residents' cases.
7. Address questions or complaints from residents or their families.
8. Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management.

Requirements:

1. Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
2. Valid State RN License.
3. 3 years of Long Term Care experience (preferred).
4. 2 years of Charge Nurse experience (preferred).
5. Strong computer skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
