Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Nurse Manager, RN to provide leadership and oversight for a designated nursing unit by directing the nursing process, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality resident care through assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.

The Nurse Manager supervises nursing staff, delegates tasks, ensures accurate documentation, communicates physician orders, and maintains compliant medication administration and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Minnesota with CPR certification.
• Clear verbal and written communication; able to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or assisted living settings.
• Strong multitasking, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a designated nursing unit, directing the nursing process and evaluation.
• Supervise nursing staff, delegate tasks, and maintain staffing and performance standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation, communicate physician orders, and ensure proper medication administration.
• Support audits, QAPI initiatives, ongoing training, and uphold compliant work culture.
