Evergreen Healthcare Group in Flandreau, SD is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility. The role partners with the Director of Nursing to ensure resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and a supportive clinical environment.

Lead nursing staff, ensure survey readiness, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold quality outcomes in a close-knit community setting.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered SD or Compact RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience (SNF/LTC preferred).
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• EHR experience and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Promote high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Maintain survey readiness and adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
