Job Summary and Qualifications

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Supervise Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and non-professional staff in patient care and ICU supervision.
• Support medical care under Medical Staff direction, aligned with hospital objectives.
• Apply growth and development knowledge to address age-specific patient and family needs.

Qualifications:

• 3 years Critical Care experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• Current Texas RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from American Red Cross or AHA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience required.
