Job summary

Havenwyck Hospital, a UHS facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan, is seeking a Nurse Manager RN for the Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health unit. The role oversees 24/7 operations of the acute unit and leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include setting goals, communicating with staff and families, participating in non-violent crisis interventions, and maintaining performance improvements. One year of supervisor or Charge RN experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current Michigan RN license and active BLS/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 operations of the acute Child/Adolescent unit.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in performance improvement planning and monitoring.
• Engage in Non-Violent Crisis Interventions as needed.
