Universal Health Services is seeking a Nurse Manager RN for Turning Point Care Center in Moultrie, GA. This full-time, day-shift role oversees nursing staff and ensures safe, high-quality patient care in a behavioral health setting.

You will lead RNs, LPNs and MHTs, coordinate with clinical services, and drive treatment goals within the unit. A Georgia RN license and 4+ years of experience are preferred, with strong communication and supervisory abilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred.
• Four (4) years of experience as a RN. Experience in a behavioral health/substance abuse/psychiatric setting preferred.
• Psychiatric or Mental Health Nursing certifications preferred.
• Positions of progressive responsibility including supervisory and/or administrative nursing roles preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Georgia in good standing.
• Ability to interact appropriately with all populations served and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and mastery of DSM-5 and biopsychosocial assessment preferred.
• Demonstrated competence to participate in interdisciplinary formulation of individual treatment plans; to give skilled nursing care; and to direct, monitor, and evaluate the nursing care furnished.
• BLS/CPR certification

Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-time, Day Shift

The Nurse Manager position is a managerial position accountable to the Director of Nursing and has responsibility for ensuring the overall efficient operation of the department in various aspects including creating, maintaining and managing a therapeutic milieu within the treatment program to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Collaborates with Clinical Services and other departments to accomplish the treatment goals of Turning Point.
