Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for our skilled nursing facility in Minoa, NY.

Now offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
2. Coordinate resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
3. Create a compassionate environment by supporting Residents and their families.
4. Provide information and respond to questions from Residents and Staff.
5. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
6. Protect Resident confidentiality by monitoring the processing of confidential information.
7. Document Resident care services through audits of Resident and department records.
8. Manage nursing supplies inventory and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid RN License.
• Experience in Long-Term Care.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
