Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Texas.
• Certification in a nursing specialty and/or nursing administration within 2 years of appointment.
• Basic Life Support from a hospital-based American Heart Association program.
• Two (2) years clinical experience and one (1) year management/supervisory experience in an appropriate clinical area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management and care delivery for one or more clinics/units; manage HR, quality, and financials for the assigned areas.
• Coach nursing personnel in applying Nursing Professional Practice Model guided practices and achieve targeted outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and institutional policies; promote shared governance and professional development.
