Job summary

Temple-Health's Temple University Hospital is seeking an experienced RN in a full-time Day Shift leadership role. You will oversee a nursing unit, coordinate clinical and administrative activities, supervise staff, ensure staffing patterns support optimal patient care, and uphold regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a BSN, graduation from accredited nursing program, PA RN license, 2 years in RN role, and leadership experience; Master’s degree or certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree Nursing or related health care field Preferred
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates overall clinical and administrative activities of an assigned nursing unit.
• Assists in meeting the educational needs of the staff.
• Supervises, evaluates, guides and counsels nursing staff in their work performance.
• Ensures staffing patterns provide optimal delivery of nursing service.
