Qualifications

• The Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager Professional Practice directs and supervises orientation, training, development of staff, and evaluation of staff performance.
• Duties include collaboration with interdisciplinary team and leadership in nursing process for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise orientation, training, development of staff, and evaluation of individual staff performance.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Lead evidence-based care and act as a role model, educator, practitioner, and supervisor.
• Enhance care outcomes by removing barriers and implementing new evidence-based programs.
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm; scheduling flexibility.
