Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced nursing leader to provide clinical and operational oversight for ambulatory Pediatric Cancer/Blood Disorders and Bone Marrow Transplant programs, as well as Pediatric Neurology.

The Nurse Manager will partner closely with the Nursing Professional Development Specialist for Cancer, the Infusion Department Nurse Manager, and the Practice Manager supporting each program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• MSN preferred; enrollment required within 1 year of hire if applicable.
• BLS required per policy; professional certification within 1 year of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight for ambulatory Pediatric Cancer/Blood Disorders and Bone Marrow Transplant programs.
• Oversee Nurse Navigators, Clinic Nurses, and nursing support staff within a hospital-based clinic.
• Partner with Nursing Professional Development Specialist and Infusion Department Nurse Manager.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support performance improvement activities.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, credentialing, and ongoing staff development.
