• Schedules, assigns, guides and instructs nursing personnel in nursing activities.
• Develops and maintains nursing care plans and progress notes for continuity of care.
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary health team to plan comprehensive patient care.
• Assists in continuing education and staff development in nursing.
