Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will support unit goals and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include staffing, applying evidence-based practice, and participating in research and safety initiatives. Day shift, Monday–Friday, with on-call coverage as required. Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred, PA RN license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Pennsylvania RN license required upon hire.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsabilités

• Oversees administrative and operational issues for the designated care delivery team.
• Functions as a department team leader to support unit and hospital goals.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, and colleagues.
• Supports the Culture of Safety by following policies and reporting safety events.
• Ensures staffing to meet patient care needs and guidelines.
• Participates in coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
