Job summary

Mercy in the Oklahoma City region is seeking a Nurse Manager to support the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality, and cost-efficient care. You will ensure competent staffing, optimize resource utilization, and meet productivity and patient satisfaction goals.

You will work collaboratively with physicians and hospital staff to improve processes across the continuum. BSN preferred with an active RN license, at least three years of nursing leadership experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current state license.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum three years nursing experience with leadership/management experience preferred.
• Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred.
Licensure: Current license in applicable State of practice for Registered Nurse.
Experience: Minimum three years nursing experience. Previous leadership/management experience preferred.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
Other: Demonstrates skill in human relations and communications is required. Must have broad understanding of the patient care process and be able to demonstrate clinical expertise in their area of responsibility.
