ChristianaCare in Newark, Delaware seeks a Nurse Manager for the Ortho Neuro Trauma Surgical Inpatient Unit (2C). Lead a multidisciplinary team in an ANCC Magnet designated health system, driving quality, safety, and governance across the unit.

You will champion autonomy, professional growth, regulatory compliance, staffing, scheduling, and budget oversight while collaborating with physicians and diverse clinical teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN (or related field) required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
• Specialty certification required; Nurse Executive preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Delaware and BLS certification.

Annual Compensation Range $123,614.40 - $197,766.40
