Job summary

HCA Healthcare is recruiting a Nurse Manager for the Ortho/Neuro Med/Surg unit at Los Robles Regional Medical Center. You will oversee patient care delivery, ensure policy compliance, and lead the nursing team to maintain high standards of care.

The role requires California RN licensure, BSN, and ACLS/CPR certification, with BSN/MSN preferred. This leadership position oversees patient care across multiple service lines in a major regional hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current California Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• ACLS required (DOU, Telemetry, MICU, SICU, CCU).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the delivery of patient care using the nursing process and orders.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, professional standards, and hospital-wide procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate ortho/neuro med/surg patient care.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff and unit operations.

Job Summary and Qualifications

You willreport directly to the unit Director and will be responsible and accountable for monitoring the delivery of patient care through the utilization of the nursing process, physicians’ orders, established policies and procedures, established professional standards, and administrative hospital-wide policies.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required
• BSN degree/ MSN preferred
• Current California Registered Nurse License
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross Professional Rescuer CPR card
• Current ACLS (DOU, Telemetry, MICU, SICU, CCU) required
