Compensation: $84,849$127,274/year (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

This organization is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead their Cardiac Stepdown unit, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Stepdown unit
Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
Lead and mentor nursing staff to promote professional development
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation
What You'll Bring:
Active RN license in Texas or compact state
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters preferred
Minimum of 2 years in a nursing management position
Strong communication and organizational skills
