This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The Nurse Manager oversees daily clinical operations, including staffing, workflow, and resource allocation, and provides direct supervision and support to nursing and ancillary staff. He/She is accountable for staff performance management, professional development, and fostering a collaborative, positive work environment.This position plays a key role in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and performance monitoring by analyzing clinical outcomes, addressing variances, and implementing evidence-based practices.
